Having difficulties with PayPal?

We currently use two independent systems to facilitate your transaction, PayPal and PayLoadz. One system insures a secure transaction and the other facilitates the digital-file-downloading process.

In rare instances, when the two systems are communicating with each other, a “hicup” may occur and cause the transaction to cancel out. Rest assured, that this does not compromise the security of your transaction. We are confident PayPal and PayLoadz will resolve the issue soon.

In the meantime, in the event a “hicup” occurs, you can also purchase our patterns at the PayLoadz store by clicking on the logo below.

I Didn’t Receive My Order?

Upon completion of payment, you should receive an email with the links to your downloads. Here are the top 5 reasons why you may not have received your order:

#1 Your SPAM filter has filtered your order into your Junk mail folder or trash.

#2 Your SPAM filter blocked your order and bounced it back to us. In this case we will not be able to contact you until you contact us with a different email.

#3 You forgot that your PayPal account uses a different email and your order was sent to your PayPal email.

#4 You paid via E-Check. This will take 3-4 days to clear and your order will be sent upon cleared funds
